Quick access to your own and others' rehearsal tracks, categorized by set list, song and voice group.

Sharing

A rehearsal track can be shared between your choice of voice groups by its owner.

Recordings

The conductor can record rehearsal tracks in advance of the rehearsals. The choir members may also make recordings on their own.

Say goodbye to the always full Dropbox folder, if you at all have managed to find it.

Always keep your sheet music in your pocket. Convenient during and outside choir rehearsals. It also works great on tablets.

Remarks

The conductor and appointed choir members can edit song remarks, which are immediately shared with everyone else.

Keep track of changes along the way, and save the trees and your wallet for another sheet music print.

Built-in piano

Lightly shake the phone to bring up the built-in piano. Now you always know how tones should sound.

A calendar containing your everyday choir events.

Receive notifications

Not that you're in danger of forgetting, but ChoirMate sends you reminders of your choir's upcoming events. If you want to.

Attendance and absence

If logging activity in your choir is of importance, you can turn on the attendance feature. This allows members to report their absence or attendance. The statistics can be used internally or for further reporting, e.g. in case you are eligible to receive grants based on choir activity.

Effortlessly gain a comprehensive understanding of your choir members and their vocal group affiliations through our robust overview and access control features.

Efficient Collaboration

Empower board members and conductors to designate administrators and editors within ChoirMate, enabling seamless collaboration and shared responsibility for day-to-day operations.

Flexible Member Status

Ensure a well-deserved break for members needing temporary leave by deactivating their status in the member list. This feature guarantees absolute peace of mind and acknowledges their deserving rest.

What is a choir without good communication? ChoirMate enables a good information flow, specially adapted to the choir context.

Messages from the choir management

Gather all communication from the choir management in one place. Choir members receive push notification during message activity, and have the opportunity to comment on received messages.

Chats

Choir members can chat individually with each other, or in groups. Separate conversation threads for voice groups make it easy to clarify musical adjustments, or plan the next voice group exercise.

The Poll feature is designed with choirs in mind. Recognizing that each voice in a choir matters, we've made it easier than ever to capture the collective opinion of all choir members seamlessly.

Vote Reminders via Push Notifications

Forgot to vote? Poll owners can send push reminders to ensure every choir member's voice is heard.

Section-Specific Polls by Editors

Section leaders can create tailored polls exclusively for their section, facilitating focused decisions on matters such as when to have the next section rehearsal.

Great if you want to use ChoirMate on a larger screen.
