Join Your Choir on ChoirMate

Your choir leadership has chosen ChoirMate to bring together sheet music, practice files, calendar, and messages in one place. All you need to get started is the app and an invitation from your choir.

Download for free from the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android).

An invitation link or code

Your choir will send you either a link you can tap, or a 12-digit code (e.g. ABCD-EFGH-IJKL). Ask your choir leadership if you haven't received it.

Step by Step

Download the app

Search for "ChoirMate" in the App Store or Google Play and install the app. It's free.

Create an account

Open the app and tap "Register". Fill in your name, email address, and password. The password must be at least 8 characters, contain at least one uppercase letter, and at least one number.

Verify your email address

ChoirMate will send you an email with a verification link. Open the email and tap the link. You need to do this before you can join the choir.

💡 Can't find the email? Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from ChoirMate and sometimes ends up there. If the link doesn't work, you can send an empty email to the address shown in the app, and customer support will verify your account manually.

Join your choir

Now you're ready to connect to your choir. There are two ways to do it:

🔗 Via invitation link (easiest)

Tap the link you received from your choir. It opens the app automatically and connects you to the right choir. Remember to open the link on your phone or tablet, not on a PC.

🔢 Via invitation code

In the app, select "Join choir" and enter the 12-digit code you received from your choir leadership.

You're in!

Once you're connected to the choir, you'll have access to everything the leadership has shared: sheet music, practice files, calendar, messages, and more. Explore freely!

Already Have a ChoirMate Account?

If you already use ChoirMate in another choir, you don't need to register again. Log in with your existing account, go to Menu, tap your name, and select "Add an additional choir". Enter the invitation code, and you'll be connected to the new choir as well. You can easily switch between your choirs in the app.

Common Questions

"I get an error when I enter the code"

Make sure you've verified your email address (step 3). You cannot join a choir until your account is verified.

"I registered with the wrong email address"

Log out and log in with the correct email address instead. If you need to change the email on your account, contact customer support.

"I forgot my password"

Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password.

"I reinstalled the app but I'm not asked for a code"

That's completely normal. When you log in with the same account, the app remembers that you're already a member of the choir. You don't need to enter the code again.
