ChoirMate offers Free, Standard, and Premium group plans. A group subscription covers the choir, so members receive its included access automatically.

When creating a choir, you can start with Free or choose a one-month Premium trial. The trial does not require a payment method.

Paid plans are sold for these active-member capacities: 1 to 20, 21 to 50, 51 to 100, 101 to 150, 151 to 225, and 226 to 300. The selected capacity must cover the choir's active membership.

See Storage Limits for the difference between repertoire material and document storage.

What Free includes

Free provides the core tools for running and joining a choir:

  • repertoire, set lists, practice audio, lyrics viewing, and PDF sheet music
  • events, responses, attendance, and attendance reports
  • group messages, direct messages, and voice-part conversations
  • member, voice-part, and permission management
  • the mobile app and ChoirMate on the web

Free is useful for trying the main workflow or running a smaller repertoire. Its song, audio, member, and document limits remain in place.

What Standard adds

Standard includes everything in Free, plus:

  • no plan-based count limit for songs and audio files
  • background audio playback and offline access
  • adjustable playback speed and the web player
  • the built-in piano
  • polls
  • image sharing in messages
  • additional member details
  • 25 MB of document storage

Choose Standard when the choir mainly needs fewer content limits and more flexible practice tools.

What Premium adds

Premium includes everything in Standard, plus:

  • sheet-music annotations
  • individual practice lists
  • full and voice-part lyrics management
  • calendar synchronization
  • custom voice parts for individual songs
  • private song notes and confidence ratings
  • attendee chats for events
  • highlighted content on the choir home page
  • a public choir website
  • 100 MB of document storage

Choose Premium when the choir wants the full preparation, personalization, communication, and publishing toolkit.

Info

Some Premium features, including the public choir website, custom song voice parts, attendee chats, highlighted content, and document storage, require a Premium group subscription. Individual Premium does not replace the choir's group plan for those features.

Trial and billing

The optional Premium trial lasts one month and does not require a card. If the choir does not start a paid plan before the trial ends, it moves to Free. Existing data is kept, but Free limits and feature restrictions apply.

Standard and Premium are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing costs about 17% less than paying monthly for the same plan. The exact price depends on the plan, member capacity, billing period, country, currency, and applicable tax.

Group plan or Individual Premium?

A group subscription is managed by a choir owner or administrator and gives the included access to the choir's members. It is the right choice for group features and higher choir limits.

Individual Premium is purchased in the mobile app for one account. It unlocks eligible personal practice features across that person's choirs, but it does not sponsor other members or replace features that require a paid group plan.
